Product Descriptions
The aisle-stack mechanical parking system belongs to the warehouse-type intelligent parking system, and is characterized by the convenient access, high space utilization, fast running speed, and high safety and reliability. It is applicable to the solid parking lots built underground or overground, or the combined solid parking lots of overground and underground, and the vehicle is generally parked below the sixth floor.
Operational Principle
The operation of such parking system will be completed mainly by the stacking machine system, the vehicle carrier system and the turntable access system. During parking, the vehicle will be stopped at the turntable or the entrance. The vehicle carrier will transport the vehicle to the stacking machine, and the stacking machine starts to move horizontally in the laneway and meanwhile lifts the vehicle carrier and the vehicle to the corresponding berth entrance. The vehicle carrier will transport the vehicle to the berth. The drawing-out of vehicle shall be operated in reverse order.
Equipment Type
According to the vehicle moving directions, the movement of the carrier can be divided into two basic types, namely the vertical type and the horizontal type. It should be combined and designed flexibly on the basis of the actual situations on site.
