The plane shifting mechanical parking system is a high-intelligent and full automatic parking system, and is characterized by the convenient access, high space utilization, fast running speed, and high safety and reliability. It is applicable to the solid parking lots built underground or overground, or the combined solid parking lots of overground and underground, and the vehicle is generally parked from the third floor to the twentieth floor.
Operational Principle
The parking system is mainly composed of the elevator system, the traversing trolley system, the intelligent carrier system, and the rotating entrance and exit system, among which the elevator can drive the trolley, the intelligent carrier and vehicle to move upward and downward, the trolley can drive the intelligent carrier and vehicle to move in the laneway of each floor, the vehicle can carry the car onto the trolley of the elevator by the carrier, the elevator will lift the car to the corresponding floor by lifting, the trolley will move the carrier with the car horizontally to the berth place, and then the carrier will send the car to the comb-type berth rack. The drawing-out of vehicle shall be operated in reverse order. Due to the separation of the lifting movement and the traverse movement, the running speed can be improved dramatically.
